As a Business Development Manager in our Global Partners & Alliances team, you will serve as a vital link between COPA-DATA Headquarters and our global sales network. Through this role, you’ll drive the growth and effectiveness of our partner strategy worldwide by supporting and enhancing the COPA-DATA Partner Program, fostering relationships with our current partners, and identifying new, strategic alliances.

Your Tasks

  • Serve as the primary liaison between COPA-DATA Headquarters and our global sales teams, implementing and adapting our partner strategy to align with local markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to analyze market trends and partner feedback, refining the COPA-DATA Partner Program for future success.
  • Drive the continuous development of the COPA-DATA Partner Program to match evolving industry and partner needs.
  • Support the execution of partner program activities, aligning with COPA-DATA’s overarching global growth strategy.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new strategic alliances to expand COPA-DATA's reach and impact globally.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience in global business development, partnership management, sales, or marketing with proven success.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion through partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building and influence across all stakeholder levels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with sales, marketing, and product management teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities, adept at handling multiple partnerships simultaneously while demonstrating a willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal communication, with proficiency in German being advantageous. Additional foreign language proficiency and international experience are also beneficial.
