How to become a Partner
Registration
Whether you have already started your training or not – to become a member of our Partner Community you must / need to register the company. You are part of the CDPC as a listed member or, provided you meet the required criteria, as a Bronze partner. Upgrading to a higher membership level can be achieved by meeting the stated criteria.
Training
You can use our free online training courses in the zenon Academy to build up and develop your product know-how. For Bronze you need at least one (1) employee with a valid zenon Basic certificate.
Become a certified member
To reach a specific level, you need to fulfil certain requirements and have an up to date CDDN* package for implementing projects successfully!
Training & Certification
Certifications and training courses always relate to individuals, not companies. Every person can receive certificates in the zenon Academy, which in turn contribute to the partner level of the company.
Basic, Advanced & Professional
There are 3 different Certificate levels: Basic, Advanced and Professional. They all build on each other. For a zenon Basic Certificate you will need to successfully complete all the mandatory quizzes of a zenon Basic course (you can skip the optional ones if you like). Afterwards, you can collect points in zenon Plus courses to proceed to higher levels.
For each quiz in a zenon Plus course you will receive a certain amount of points (the exact amount is stated at each quiz). Collect 150 points for a zenon Advanced Certificate and 300 points for a zenon Professional Certificate.
Licenses & downloading the zenon Software Platform
You can use zenon demo licenses to participate in our zenon Academy courses. If you need specific licenses (for example for the Basic Training – Energy), we will point this out at the beginning of the course.
To use zenon in a productive environment, please request your desired license by contacting sales@copadata.com.
Elevate your training
The zenon Academy is your central access point for all zenon knowledge. Have a look around and freely choose whichever courses you wish. You can watch the videos, do quizzes and gain Certificates at your convenience.
Requirements
Depending on your membership level, you are expected to fulfill specific requirements. The requirements are assessed on a per country basis, not per site. COPA-DATA conducts regular performance reviews to assure the best knowledge and the highest quality for our end customers. Note: the membership within the COPA-DATA Partner Community is free of charge. You can find all the requirements in detail in the Membership Guide.
