ControlTech Engineering AG (CTE) specialises in the automation of production plants and offers related solutions for industrial IT as well as extensive expertise in data management.The family business based in Liestal near Basel, Switzerland was founded in 1990 and currently employs a staff of over 80 people. Dedicated and competent system- and IT-engineers are the foundation of its success.
CTE has been an official member of the COPA-DATA Partner Community since 2013 and has contributed significantly to the further development of the zenon module Batch Control. The company is a COPA-DATA Gold Partner and, thus, is the only company in Switzerland to achieve the highest partner level within the COPA-DATA Partner Community.

CTE offers automation solutions for complex production facilities in the GMP environment and related innovative IT solutions for high-availability industrial computer systems, OT networks and security, as well as software developments and data engineering.

CTE supports its customers in all activities required for the successful planning and implementation of automation, IT and data projects. For this purpose, we draw on our many years of experience in the industry, as well as our in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and strong partnerships.
CTE offers first-class consulting and support for zenon, thanks to our close partnership with COPA-DATA in Austria and SATOMEC the official distributor for zenon in Switzerland. The excellent cooperation is also reflected in the joint development of the new Smart Object Library for Process Automation (SOL-PA), the library for control-independent visualisation in zenon based on validated building blocks (More: cte.ch/fachartikel/zenon-library).
